Bigei Akitsugu Kataoka gründete in derTolle rechteckige "carved" Bonsai bzw. Shohinschale von Bigei. Die Schale ist fr ihn typisch in dem bekannten sehr feinen rotbraunen Ton hergestellt, der eine extrem weiche und feine Oberflche hat. Die Schale hat eingezogene Ecken und auf der Vorderseite ist eine Landschaft eingeritzt. Die Schale ist ca. 25 Jahre alt und hat bereits eine gute Patina.
